when the room is available please continue to send send
your credit card details separately to our mail or facsimile
. We will need your credit card detail just for secure
your room. Please be kindly to send your Credit Card
Information via e-mail or facsimile 062-361-975348.

Your credit card information is strictly confidential

The card will not be charged without your permission.
Fully cash payment can be done upon arrival at the hotel.
Credit card Authorization will be proceeded by our accounting
department / receptionist with the bank that has relationship
with our account. Please note that there will be an
additional bank charge at amount of 3 % for Visa & Master and 4 % for Amex of total payment.
The Differences is personal statement balances can occur
and are due to the fluctuation with IDR and Bank processing
time. We are not holding responsible to these differences.We
could receive : Visa, Master Card and Amex
»Step Three
We will issue a confirmation voucher soon as you submit
your reservation form and credit card information completely.
Please print the confirmation
voucher issued and kindly show to the receptionist upon
arrival.
Please note,
No reservation/confirmation will be proceeded for
incomplete booking procedures.
Cancellation Policy
The hotel shall have prerogative to levy one night booking
charge/room for any cancellation is made within 3 days
prior to arrival, no show or even early check out
